About the Founder
Yasmine is an accomplished HR leader with over a decade of experience in HR operations management, business process optimization, and talent development. She holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Decision Science from California State University, Fullerton.
Throughout her career, Yasmine has driven impactful change across various industries. As the Firm Business Manager and Human Resources Director for an international maritime law firm, she successfully managed HR operations across multiple offices. In her role as HR and Financial Director for a real estate investment and development company, she implemented standardized HR processes and supported the company's growth and expansion.
Her passion for empowering businesses to succeed extends to Small Business Consulting, where she leverages her expertise to deliver tailored HR and business solutions that address clients' unique challenges.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Yasmine is a lifelong learner who loves to travel and immerse herself in new culinary and cultural experiences. Her global perspective and appreciation for diverse viewpoints inspire her innovative approach to problem-solving.
